Dispatching

Production dispatching commits the priority and order of production demand for equipment and personnel, secures the planned start date/time and due date/time for each step in the production process and provides visibility of the materials that should be used. Steps within the production process may consist of startup, setup, run, processing and/or teardown time. Work schedules and job lists provide visibilty of the job orders that have been dispatched to the shop floor.
