Can I extend the elapsed time of an operation?

You can also edit operation run time locally within LYNQ. Scheduled operations will need to be rescheduled for any changes to take effect. 

Problem:

An operation is running late. I need to extend the elapsed time of this to reflect real time. This will also affect other operations. Is there a way to manage this in APS?
 

Solution(s):

You can manually extend the elapsed time of an operation by locating the end of that operation on the schedule board,  holding ctrl whilst over the end of the bar until the arrows appear, left muse click and drag. To ensure capacity does not enter negative values and  but push out any effected operations on the same work unit ensure that Autoshift (Shift) is checked. To ensure that the routing integrity is also kept and any effected operations on other work units are also shifted you will need to also ensure that Schedule around? is checked along with Right and potentially Related Jobs.
