Schedule Around
Selecting the schedule around function allows you to keep all the operations together.
As and when job orders run slower than expected, drag & drop can be applied to the delayed operation to change the plan. For the plan to shift, the Autoshift function must be enabled.
To adjust the production plan:
Drag and drop the late operation to it's correct position on the schedule board
Click save and publish
The plan has now been adjusted to accommodate a slow running job order.
