Can I change a column name in MOM?

Other changes to text are required to be made in the language file.

Scenario:

There are some columns in MOM where we would like to change the name, for example our employees know the Stock code as SKU. Are we able to amend the column name?

 

Solution(s):

Column names can now be amended without the need to amend the language file. This can be done using the following steps:

1. Select Settings
2. select Advanced Settings
3. Select designer
4. Select Column Properties#
5. Check the relevant data type
6. Select Edit
7. Locate the column to change
8. Type the new column name in the corresponding field 'Custom Name'
9. Select Save
