Parameters
Do not amend the parameters that are designed within the Crystal Reports.  Doing so may stop the report working in Visual APS. 

In Visual APS, users have access to reports that are designed in Crystal Reports from the Reports Menu.  These reports are saved under the application\crystalreports folder and minor changes may be made where appropriate using the Crystal Reports application (if available to your organisation).  Note any changes that are made may need to be re-applied if LYNQ is upgraded.  LYNQ does not maintain customisations to these reports.  Any changes will need to re-applied yourself.  Before making any changes, save a copy of the report for backup purposes.

  • Order Ticket
  • Late Delivery
 


To run the Crystal Reports

  1. Select the Reports Menu
  2. Select one of Reports from the Report group.
