Can I copy an APS profile from one user to another?

Problem:

We have a new scheduler joining the team, we would like to share the current APS users profile with them, How can we do this?
 

Solution(s):

1. Open APS as the current user
2. Select Company Settings from the File menu
3. Select Save
4. Name the file accordingly
5. Share this file with the new user
6. The new user must then repeat steps 1-2
7. This time they select Load
8. Select the shared profile
9. Select Open.
