Top Tips


Consider what other actions may be helpful - either to be executed manually or automatically. 

Problem:

  • Often Employees forget to clock out or turn equipment off. It can be time consuming for a supervisor to clock them out individually. Is there a way to speed this process up?
     

Cause(s):

  • The Employee(s) has forgotten to clock out
  • Equipment has been left on

Solution(s):

  • Consider whether an automated action that clocks out/turns off all, or certain groups, of employees or equipment at a set time would be beneficial. You can find further information on automatic events in the related articles.
  • If a set time is not feasible, due to variables such as overtime perhaps, you can execute this manually following the below steps:

1. Select Employee or Equipment status from the Workforce Menu

2. Select List view

3. Check applicable Resources - Try using the filters to show only those in a particular status

4. Select Actions

5. Select Clock Out/Turn Off
