If you are not immediately seeing shift changes after updating your work unit properties you may need to tick the rebuild checkbox on the work unit record.

Problem:

I have a new work unit that needs the same shift applied as our current resources. These resources however show as having shift 'Not set' this shift does not exist, yet there is a defined shift pattern showing on the graphical planning board. How can I fix this?
 

Cause(s):

  • The shift used to existed but has since been deleted. The graphical planning board has retained the original shift pattern.

Solution(s):

  • Create a new shift 
  • Apply shift to applicable work units
