Problem:
Unable to see list of ERP companies when clicking on the Company button Cause(s): The Windows/SQL user connecting to the ERP database does not have the necessary SQL Permissions to read the ERP database. Solution(s): If you are using the LYNQ application role to grant the rights to the user check that the LYNQ Application Role has not been turned off from settings > User Access. You may need to logon as the SQL account with admin rights to gain access to this setting. The LYNQ Application Role setting is stored in the users profile and will need to be turned on from each user’s computer. Refer to the related articles for further troubleshooting information. |
