Change Log
Use the change log to see the full change history for the transaction.

A new audit function has been added to the Edit Transaction screen.  Using the Audit function, users are able to quickly review

  • Change Log


Where can I see the change?

  • Execution Management > Transaction Review > Edit
     

 

By default sync messages are only visible when the transaction is in the status of Error.  Details within sync messages can help users troubleshoot why the transaction is not able to post to Enterprise Resource Planning.  To view sync messages for posted transactions, a setting must be enabled in LYNQ api.  

 

To enable the setting in LYNQ api

 
  1. Open LYNQ api
  2. Select the correct instance
  3. Select Global Settings
  4. Select API Settings
  5. Enable the extended logging on ERP integration setting
