Other Order Types
Change Impact also applies to other order types (i.e what if jobs, MRP jobs).

Visual APS will automatically calculate the time difference between the original job order start and due date  (as specified against a job) and the start and due date and time when scheduled.  There are 4 columns in the task panel that represent this information.  These columns apply to both the job and operation grid views.

 
  • Changed?
  • Change Impact
  • Change Start
  • Change Due
 

Each time a job order or operation is scheduled, these fields are automatically updated.  

 

 


At any times change impact values can be reset.

 

To reset changes for a job order

 
  1. Select the job order in the Task Panel
  2. Select the Review Menu
  3. Select Reset
 

To reset changes for all job orders

 
  1. Select the Review Menu
  2. Select Reset All
