New Time Duration Edit Mode Setting

Combined Mode
When set to Combined, the transaction review edit screen and the Production Issue screen displays Labor in both Decimal and HH:MM.  The timesheet will default to Decimal if Combined is selected.

New global and personal settings have been introduced to determine the format for entering timesheet entries or editing transactions in the Transaction Review screen.  These settings also apply to the creation of Production Issues.
