Performance

Resources
The total number of resources available for the selected resource number of planned productive hours for the selected resources and time period

Available Hours
The total number of actual productive hours for the selected resources within the time period

Performance Hours
The calculated hours based on the total quantity produced (good and bad) for the selected resources within the time period

Performance
The ratio shown as a percentage of calculated hours based on the total quantity produced (performance) compared with actual hours (available) for the selected resources within the time period

Units
The total number of units actually produced by the resources selected within the time period

Products
The total number of different products produced by the resources selected within the time period

Loss Hours
The calculated hours lost based on the good quantity produced by the resources selected within the time period

Performance Loss
The ratio shown as a percentage of the performance hours lost by the resources selected within the time period

The Performance Report provides a detailed analysis of the performance of employees or equipment with comparisons to last month and/or quarter to understand trends. Use this to gain insight of why your actual run rates differ from your planned run rates and see where performance loss occurs in relation to operator inefficiencies, equipment wear and tear, minor stops from component jams and more.
