Task Filtering
Different terminals can have different filtering conditions

Task Filters are used to filter the data that is displayed in the Workbench feature.

For example, let's assume you currently have a terminal configured to display all tasks by regardless of the job order status.  You decide  that you only want your users to see tasks where the order status is equal to incomplete. Using the task filter feature this can be achieve by completing the following steps.

To enable enable filters:

  1. Select Terminal Maintenance
  2. Double click on the Terminal you wish to apply a task filter again
  3. Click on the Task Filter button at the bottom of the screen
  4. In the column labelled Order Status, enter the value N to filter only orders where the status is equal to incomplete.
  5. Click on OK
  6. Click on Save

The next time you access the terminal you will only see tasks for job orders that have an order status of incomplete.  There may be times where you wish to use other types of conditions in a task filter (i.e. enter range of values or when not equal to). The following table provides you with some examples of using and, or and not equals to conditions.
