Controlling access to terminals

Terminal still available
Access control will not prevent the terminal from being available to the user when clocking into the workbench.  LYNQ will return an error to the user on access if they are not a member of the groups setup under access control.  To prevent the terminal showing when the user runs the workbench feature, additional settings must be configured under Advanced Settings, Workbench, Access. 

Terminal security can be enabled to allow only particular groups access, and or password protected.
 

To enable access control:

1. Select Terminal Maintenance
2. Double click on the Terminal
3. Select the Access Control checkbox
4. Using [...] select the groups that will be allowed to use the terminal
