Storage of Workflows
Global workflows are stored in the Enterprise Resource Planning Database in a LYNQ table. User workflows are stored in the users Windows User Profile.
LYNQ has four (4) built in workflows that can be used to quickly filter job orders in the Task Panel.
Default global workflows include:
Unscheduled (job orders which are not scheduled)
Past Due (job orders where days until required is less than 0)
Short Term (job orders where days until start is between -1 and 29)
Long Term (job orders where days until start is greater than 28)
Workflows are saved filters that appear on the Workflow menu.
Global workflows are available to all users of Visual APS. Users can create new user or global workflows.
